We’re thrilled you’ve decided to indulge in British goodness with us. Whether you're stocking up on your favourite snacks or snagging a unique gift, you can find the lowdown on how we ship our British goods straight to your doorstep.
Shipping Options Available
We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs. You can choose from:
- UPS Ground Saver (In some cases, shipments will be shipped via UPS Ground and may be delivered by the USPS from your local post office)
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Ground Cold Shipping to the following states only: PA, RI, VT, MA, NH, NY, NJ, CT, DE. Shipments are sent Mon-Wed only.
A tracking number will be provided once the item(s) have shipped. All orders will be shipped by the end of the next business day.
In some cases, shipments will be shipped via UPS Ground Saver and may be delivered by the USPS from your local post office.
UPS picks up our packages M-F. There is no weekend pickup.
Important Shipping Limitations
Please be aware that our British grocery store cannot ship to a P.O. Box in the US. Additionally, we have a few limitations to keep in mind:
- No Frozen Foods: We cannot ship frozen foods. If you have any frozen delights in your shopping cart for delivery, you won’t be able to proceed until you remove those items. You have to pick up these treasures in-store—trust us, some things are just too good to risk melting in transit!
- Shipping State Restrictions: Unfortunately, we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We know it’s a bit of a bummer, but we’re working on expanding our horizons!
*Please Note: When ordering candles, British sweets (like chocolate), and other perishable items during hot months, you must do so at your own risk. We will do everything possible to prevent damage, but we cannot be responsible for products that melt or are damaged during shipping.
